A Proven Methodology

Our methodology provides 360 degree feedback on how followers perceive their leaders’ management and leadership skills effectiveness. We build on these management skills and provide tailored coaching to helpleaders engage in behavior to define leadership styles in more transformational ways.
Using the validated TLQ Transformational Leadership Questionnaire, followers and leaders pinpoint specific areas of management and leadership strengths and weaknesses. This assessment is followed by a one-day workshop and one-on-one coaching sessions. After two to three months, to allow leaders time to use their new behaviors, the TLQ is used again for re-assessment and additional coaching. As specific skill enhancement becomes necessary, our full array of specific competency-based training can be deployed.
This end-to-end process gets measurable performance results such as peoples’ willingness to try harder, greater satisfaction with their leader and perceived leader effectiveness, and elevated trust and loyalty.
